3. Client Responsibilities
You must:
Provide accurate, up-to-date documentation and reports
Respond promptly to bureau correspondence forwarded to you
Timelines depend on your participation and bureau responsiveness; updated credit reports typically arrive within 30–45 days, and follow-up disputes may be filed every 60 days if needed.
4. Fees & Refund Policy
Service fees depend on your selected package and will be disclosed during enrollment. Inquiry Removal Guarantee: If certain specified inquiries are not removed within 45 business days, you'll receive either remediation (within dispute scope) or a refund for unresolved items only. All other services—including boosters, consulting, or funding support—are non-refundable.
